Citrus Etoile

Oysters with leeks and taragon :Green apsargus with salmon caviar :Lobster :Chocolate soufflé:Thanks to Elizabeth and Gilles Epié. We had a wonderful time in their restaurant. Everything was perfect! We ended up talking over Cognac until 1am! He started with Alain Ducasse, lived above "le Quincy" and therefore knows Bobosse. It was a bliss listening to his stories. One advice : go there!

Autumn's morning


9am and I'm already awake. I should be sleeping as I'm off today. Well, it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day. I'm kind of grounded today because Uta took the car to work. Pure laziness is driving me at the moment, I don't want to do anything. We've got the thanking letters to finalize for our wedding guests (I'll probably do that today though).
