Table du Lancaster

After a week of total "decadence", I thought wise to take Uta, whom I did see for a little while despite living under the same roof, for a treat. Upon Austen's wise suggestion, and because my attempted reservation to other restaurants failed, I rang he Lancaster for a possible reservation at their 1 star Michelin restaurant : La table du Lancaster. And I got in. Under supervision of Michel Troisgros, the chef served us excellent dishes and even throw in a few extras. Needless to say that this had the desire effect on Uta (not being mad at me too much) who was, let say, overwhelmed! Let's go through the menu, shall we?
