Bathroom

Finally, I find the courage to write a post. And finally after a few years, I have a new bathroom! What makes me proud is that with the help of my step-father, I did it all. I am particularly proud of the plumbing because it is not as easy as it seems, especially the welding.
Today, I am recovering from an unexpected, or half unexpected night. I had an invitation to check the new restaurant of the shop L'Eclaireur just next to the Buddha Bar. All I can say is that it's pretty, you have access to the shop from the restaurant/bar. I cannot tell you about the food because there were none! I had a glass of Champagne and that was it. Then starving to near death, I joined Laurence and Philippe at Meiji, the local japanese from the hotel. Those sashimis and other delicacies, washed with 2 bottles of Sancerre did me really good. Then I popped in at Adrian's and we had quite a bit of fun surfing on the net and downing beers and Champagne (shortage of beers makes you drink what's left!). All in all I left his place around 6am! I just remember setting the cruise control on the périphérique to avoid being flashed and parking the car. That about all I recall from my way back. I must have done OK, because I am in 1 piece and I guess the car too (note to myself : check the car).
From that
A bit of hammering on the old bathtub
Got the new floor done and the new bathtub
Starting the tiles on the wall
Getting busy with the plumbing
Starting the other side
Final result
